Users

Admins can invite new users and remove existing ones. Removing a user signs them out immediately.

Exact day numbers when they are not consecutive (e.g. “19, 23” or “19-20 & 30”). Leave blank for a consecutive range.

Month, quarter and year are worked out automatically from the dates; Total Exp and Net Profit are worked out from the amounts — you don’t need to type them. If a class spans two months you will be asked which month to account it in. This form is for any kind of sale, not just classes.

Manage columns

Tick a column to show it, untick to hide it. Use the arrows to move a visible column left or right. Hiding a column keeps its data; Delete removes the column entirely.

Add a column

Use other column names and + - * / with parentheses. Leave blank for a column you type into.
If ticked, this column is included in Total Exp (and reduces Net Profit) and appears under the Expenses group.

Invite user

The invited person will get an email saying they have access, and they sign in with a code sent to their email — there is nothing for them to set up first.
